1. Information we collect

QR Maker (the "Service") does not require an account. We may collect the following information.

• QR code content: What you enter to create a QR code (for example URLs, text, Wi-Fi network names, contact details, payment usernames or wallet addresses) and the design options you choose. This recording is currently turned on. Wi-Fi passwords are always masked before storage, so the original is never recorded.
• Connection information: IP address, browser type (User-Agent), referring page (Referer), language settings and time of access.
• Aggregated, cookieless visit statistics (page, country, device type) may be collected without identifying you.

2. Why we collect it

• To understand how the Service is used and improve it
• To prevent abuse, such as spam and malicious links, and keep the Service secure
• To diagnose errors

3. How long we keep it

Records are deleted automatically after 90 days. Where the law requires us to keep records, we may keep them for the period required.

4. Third parties and advertising

We do not sell or share the content you enter with third parties. The Service shows Google AdSense ads, and Google may use cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to show ads. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings.

5. Sensitive information

Please do not put sensitive information such as passwords, bank account numbers or government ID numbers in a QR code. Anyone who scans a QR code can read its contents.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to delete your records. Please include details that help us find them, such as the approximate time and part of what you entered.
