Questions

Do the codes expire?
No. These are static QR codes: the content is stored in the image itself, so they keep working forever, even without this site.
Can I make a QR code for a PDF?
Yes. Upload the file to Google Drive, Dropbox or your website, set the link so anyone can open it, and use the PDF / File link type.
Which format should I use for print?
SVG. It is a vector file, so it stays sharp at any size. PNG works best for websites and messaging apps.
Will a logo stop the code from scanning?
Adding a logo raises error correction to the maximum (level H, 30%) automatically. Still, test-scan with a few phones before you print.
What happens to what I enter?
QR codes are created in your browser. When you save, copy or print a code, what you entered and basic connection details may be recorded on our server to improve the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
